1. Using NailBrief
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure and use the service only for lawful nail-design collaboration. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone whose image or work you upload has permitted that use.
2. What the service provides and AI model disclosure
NailBrief helps clients and nail artists annotate references, organize a ten-finger plan, discuss feasibility, timing and price, and approve a version. It may also provide AI-assisted design suggestions. NailBrief is a communication and planning tool; it is not the nail service provider, the client’s agent or the nail artist’s employer.
AI nail planning and generated marketing copy are provided by DeepSeek's deepseek-chat model. Nail design-board images are generated by ByteDance Volcano Engine's Doubao Seedream 5.0 Lite model (model ID doubao-seedream-5-0-lite-260128). Image prompts are screened before generation using Waffo Prompt Sift. Providers and model versions may change as the service evolves; this page will be updated when a material change occurs.
3. Designs are not guarantees
Reference images, previews and AI outputs do not guarantee an identical physical result. Natural nail condition, materials, lighting, screen color, artist skill and appointment constraints can affect the result. Clients and artists must independently confirm safety, feasibility, final scope, service price and appointment details.
4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Nail Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. The standard price is USD $19 per month. Eligible customers who first subscribe by November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time receive 20% off the first billing month, paying USD $15.20; the second month and later renew at USD $19 per month unless canceled. The introductory discount may be used once per customer.
The checkout page will show the current charge and renewal terms before purchase. Payments are processed by Waffo. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
5. Cancellation, failed payments and refunds
You may cancel before the next renewal through the available subscription-management path or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise required by law. Failed or overdue payments may result in restricted access after the paid period ends.
Except where required by law or stated during checkout, fees already charged are non-refundable. Duplicate or incorrect charges and legally required refund requests will be reviewed individually. Contact support@nailbrief.com.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant NailBrief a limited license to host, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Public sharing is controlled separately from private collaboration. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
7. Acceptable use and AI content standards
You may not use NailBrief to break the law, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, scrape or overload the service, abuse trials or discounts, or reverse engineer restricted components.
You must not request, upload, generate, share or distribute: (a) pornography, nudity or other sexually explicit/NSFW content; (b) graphic violence, gore or instructions that facilitate physical harm; (c) hateful or discriminatory content targeting protected groups; (d) sexual, exploitative, grooming or otherwise unsafe content involving children; (e) deepfakes, deceptive impersonation or content that falsely depicts a real person without permission; or (f) material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Image prompts are automatically screened before generation and disallowed requests are blocked without using an image allowance. We may remove content, restrict generation, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when required by law. Repeated attempts to bypass safeguards may result in permanent termination.
Users and rights holders may report suspected abuse or infringement to support@nailbrief.com with the relevant brief link and a description of the concern. We review reports, may request supporting information, and take proportionate action. Do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information in a report.
8. Service changes and termination
We may modify features, impose reasonable usage limits or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or address abuse. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, NailBrief is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, exact AI output or a particular salon result. NailBrief is not responsible for the quality, safety, scheduling, pricing or performance of services agreed between clients and independent nail artists.
To the extent permitted by law, NailBrief will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
