What is NailBrief?+
NailBrief turns nail inspiration into a shared, nail-by-nail approval plan. Clients mark the details they want; nail artists reply with feasibility, timing and price changes; both sides approve the same version before the appointment.
Do clients need to pay or install an app?+
No. Clients can open a shared brief in their mobile browser, add or review notes and approve the set. Nail Pro is designed as a paid workflow for independent nail artists and small studios.
Can I change a reference image?+
Yes. Mark a region, choose Keep, Remove, Recolor or Simplify, and assign the request to a specific finger. The nail artist can reply to each decision before the set is approved.
Will the finished nails look exactly like the preview?+
Not necessarily. NailBrief reduces misunderstanding but cannot remove differences caused by natural nails, available materials, lighting, technique or appointment time. The nail artist’s feasibility review is the final practical check.
Where does AI fit into the workflow?+
AI can generate a starting ten-finger set after reference images are uploaded. It is optional: visual notes, artist review and version approval continue to work without AI generation.
Are hand photos public?+
No. Hand photos and briefs are private by default. Publishing a finished case or public link requires a separate sharing action. Do not upload another person’s photo without permission.
How much is Nail Pro?+
Nail Pro is USD $19 per month. If you first subscribe by November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, your first month is USD $15.20. Later months renew at USD $19 until canceled.
How do I cancel?+
Use the subscription-management link available from your account or contact support before the next renewal. You keep paid access through the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Does NailBrief take client booking payments?+
Not in the MVP. NailBrief may link to the artist’s existing booking page, but payment for the actual nail appointment remains between the client, artist and their booking provider.
